Former Houston Rockets VP Launches Firm

Vivian L. Mora, former Vice-President of Human Resources & Administration, left the Houston Rockets in June 2008 after completing eight seasons to launch HR search and consulting firm, Mora & Associates.

Mora, former Vice-President of Human Resources and Administration, left the Houston Rockets in June 2008 to launch search and consulting firm, Mora & Associates. Mrs. Mora has served as Vice-President since 2004 and has been employed by the organization for seven and a half years.

Mora & Associates is a woman-owned and operated human resource professional search and consulting firm. The managing partner has 15 years of human resources experience with notable for-profit organizations in both the public and private sector including Entergy Corporation, HEB Grocery Company, and Houston's Toyota Center; all noted for progressive human resource practices.

She is married to civil engineer, Alfonso Mora, and has a daughter, Victoria.
