CRI is at a high-growth stage. I'm here to apply my experience with high-growth media companies to maximize their growth prospects and provide insight into best practices.

Experiential marketer Creative Realities (CRI), has hired Carl Salas as Chief Financial Officer and David Politano as Vice President of Operations. They will help lead CRI's ongoing growth.

Over the past five years, CRI increased its yearly revenues by a noteworthy 690% -- going from $4.2 Million in 2003 to $33.2 Million in 2007. In 2007 and 2008 Inc. magazine named them to its list of America's 5000 fastest-growing private companies.

Salas is a natural fit for CRI. He spent 15 years raising public and private acquisition capital for high-growth media companies, including Time Warner, The New York Times, Interpublic Group, and Six Flags. Salas was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for PRIMEDIA Inc., a publicly-traded niche publisher and portfolio company of KKR, and a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities.

Says Salas, "CRI is at a high-growth stage. I'm here to apply my experience with high-growth media companies to maximize their growth prospects and provide insight into best practices."

Like Salas, Politano has also worked with media giants. He's led technology projects in numerous market segments, including ones for ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox, as well as the top ten cable television providers. Politano's past roles include Vice President for a systems integration company and Director of Engineering at a leading MPEG video solutions manufacturer.

He joined CRI to oversee critical day-to-day operations and plan long-term execution strategies.
