Updated “Enterprise” Boasts Recruiter-friendly Features, Welcomes Canadian Clients

The updated product, which is used to manage the day-to-day operations of staffing companies, offers an Email Wizard. This allows users to personalize mass emails with the employee’s name, residence and details about an upcoming assignment.
Other updated Enterprise features include a Task Master, which offers a To-Do List that reminds users of any kind of task. In addition, with the task linking functionality, users create tasks linked to any record in a database by simply dragging the record into the task area. Tasks created from an email message will link back to that message and its corresponding record.
Taxes are always a concern with staffing companies, but 12r4 boasts an improved program that minimizes data entry errors. Enterprise 12r4’s user interface will adjust to a country’s specific settings, displaying the appropriate fields. Because of this new flexibility, TempWorks can welcome Canadian clients.
