Diamond Resorts International Hires Customer Care Operations Director

Diamond Resorts International® (DRI), a global leader in the vacation ownership industry, has appointed Becki Glaze as National Operations Director, Customer Care Center (DRINCCC). Glaze will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the state-of-the-art Center. She will report to James R. Danz, RRP, DRI's Chief Marketing Officer.

Diamond Resorts International® (DRI), a global leader in the vacation ownership industry, has appointed Becki Glaze as National Operations Director, Customer Care Center (DRINCCC). Glaze will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the state-of-the-art Center. She will report to James R. Danz, RRP, DRI's Chief Marketing Officer.

While at Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI) in Orlando, Glaze led its outbound mini-vac customer service groups, took part in a task force that developed a national telesales exit program, and was promoted to senior sales manager for the exit team in the MVCI telesales department. Her career also includes various positions at Vistana Resorts (Starwood Vacation Ownership - SVO) where she led the inbound team to a significant improvement in their conversion percentages. At SVO, Glaze was instrumental in developing a new mini-vac program for the company call center in Phoenix. She has won a number of industry awards including serving as a Six Sigma Green Belt from 2005 - 2008, the Discovery Award in 2004, Leader of Excellence Award 2003, 2004, and 2007, and the 1997 - 1998 Variety of GOVETS Awards.
