The changes result from the index’s quarterly rebalancing. The deletions from WAGR are:

Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment (TICKER: DDE US)
MI Developments Inc (TICKER: MIM/A CN)
Riviera Hldgs Corp Com (TICKER: RIV US)
GOLD REEF RESORTS LTD (TICKER: GDF SJ)
