Our healthcare facilities customers are discovering that Renaissance Lighting's value makes the decision to use our solid-state products an easier one, especially when considering the total cost of ownership.

Renaissance Lighting, a pioneering innovator of solid-state LED architectural lighting, will demonstrate its patented solid-state LED downlight fixtures on Sept. 9-10 during the 21st Annual Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Expo at Chicago's Navy Pier. Renaissance Lighting, with its formidable portfolio of unique healthcare facilities-related lighting applications, will be located at Booth 913.
"Our goal is to be the solid-state downlight of choice for healthcare facility operators looking to improve the ambiance and efficiency of their operations" said Renaissance Lighting CEO, Barry Weinbaum. "Our solid-state lighting solutions all have sustainable long-life designs while allowing precise control over all color and intensity, taking full advantage of what LEDs can do for lighting in today's dynamic environments."
Visitors to the Renaissance Lighting exhibit booth will be able to hear first-hand from company representatives about their innovative customer installations such as the Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare facility in St. Paul, Minn. Inside this internationally renowned pediatric hospital, solid-state RGB downlights are programmed and synchronized with ceiling-mounted video displays and audio systems designed to create a calming effect over pediatric patients as CT scans and other diagnostic imaging tests are administered.
Some of Renaissance Lighting's other healthcare facility installations include Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Bristol Hospital, a community hospital in Bristol, CT, Harmony Hall, a luxury assisted living facility for seniors in Columbia, MD, and the Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT.
All of Renaissance Lighting's products are known for their extremely long and virtually maintenance-free lives, utilizing green technology to make them environmentally friendly.
"The light output from our fixtures are among the industry's best, yet require less energy to operate, whether it's one of our RGB downlights which are capable of 16 ½ million colors, or our 3000k or 4100k white LED products. Industry specifiers are designing our fixtures into general illumination applications that solid-state lighting dared not previously address," Weinbaum said. "Our healthcare facilities customers are discovering that Renaissance Lighting's value makes the decision to use our solid-state products an easier one, especially when considering the total cost of ownership."
