Cell Phone Use at TIFF Increase Pizza Ratings

Pizza Nova will be the first pizza chain in Canada to measure customer satisfaction of their pizza through text messages sent by their customers. The productive fusion between traditional foods and today's SMS technology begins at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Pizza Nova will be the first in Canada to launch a text messaging enabled campaign to measure customer satisfaction of their pizza at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). As a key sponsor of TIFF, Pizza Nova will have its Street Patrol taste testing team out in full force giving out new pizza slices to taste and rate on their cell phones.

By using their own cellular phone, customers can text in the flavor of their pizza and include an approval rating that ranges from 'absolutely like' to 'don't like'.
