Gateway Community Safety Net Wins Bronze At 2008 Summit International Creative Awards For Two DVD Entries In Educational Video Category

Gateway Community Safety Net (CSN), a leading provider of educational safety resources for children, is a winner in the 2008 Summit International Awards Creative competition. CSN earned bronze - twice - in the educational video category, for “Personal Safety” and “Fire Safety”, two interactive DVDs from the company’s library of family-focused safety resources.

Gateway Community Safety Net (CSN), a leading provider of educational safety resources for children, is a winner in the 2008 Summit International Awards Creative competition. CSN earned bronze – twice - in the educational video category, for “Personal Safety” and “Fire Safety”, two interactive DVDs from the company’s library of family-focused safety resources.

Gateway Community Safety Net also provides interactive DVDs for kids on the topics of “Drug Safety” and “Rural Safety”, as well as a companion series of printed safety materials that are aimed at children aged five to twelve and their families.

The Summit Creative Awards recognizes and celebrates the creative accomplishments of small and medium sized advertising agencies and other creative groups with annual billings of $30 million or less. This year, a panel of international judges from eight countries considered entries in 21 creative categories. They searched for innovative and creative concepts, strong executions, and the ability to communicate and persuade.

The 2008 SIA creative competition included entrants from twenty-six countries. Winners were selected in categories that include print, broadcast, emerging media, online advertising, marketing materials, direct mail, political, corporate video, public service, best idea never produced, industry self-promotion, brand redesign, educational video, and student competition.
