TOPdesk and Mirror42 Announce Global Partnership

OEM relationship strengthens ITIL-based Service Management solutions through the integration of comprehensive IT Key Performance Indicator reporting.

TOPdesk announced that they have signed an OEM agreement to integrate Mirror42's IT performance management solution with TOPdesk's IT Service Management application suite. The new module, Performance Monitor for TOPdesk Enterprise, gives IT executives a total overview of the performance of their IT organization. Performance Monitor presents detailed trend analysis for 25 IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to resources, process quality, and service levels.

This agreement marks the first time that TOPdesk will OEM third party software. "Mirror42's solution is a 100% match with the analytics and KPI reporting needs of our customers, so there was no need to develop something from scratch," said Ramon van Leeuwen, Chief Commercial Officer of TOPdesk. "Partnering with Mirror42 allows us to immediately offer this to our customers; we expect significant interest from our customers."

Mirror42 also sees growing interest in KPIs for IT Management. "More and more organizations are starting to move beyond status reporting and want to see performance trends in order to implement ITIL3 continuous improvement practices," says Karel van der Poel, CEO of Mirror42. "Monitoring the performance of the 25 most important IT KPIs will give IT Managers valuable information they need to continuously improve their services."
