JYGY (pronounced: Jigg-y) chairman and chief executive officer Mikael Vinding spoke to a group gathered at CTIA Wireless I.T. and Entertainment 2008 on Wednesday, saying that without consumer confidence, mobile spending will be slowed and mistrust will impede industry growth and consumer spending. "The most prudent course of action is for JYGY to proactively set an example as a global leader, holding ourselves accountable for consumer security and satisfaction," said Vinding.

"Confusion and misinformation are prevalent in the mobile and online industries with regard to purchasing and it is JYGY's intention to replace consumer suspicion with consumer confidence, swelling this best-practices Bill to become a standard-practices doctrine for businesses everywhere."
