InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Hernando, Miss., has designed an electric hair clipper accessory that would assist in setting liner blades. This invention is patented.

The "Perfect Setter" would enable the user to customize liner blade settings. The invention could prevent the liner blades from being set too close to the client's skin or the stylist's hands. The unit could eliminate the need for constant adjustments of liner blades, which could save time. Additionally, the apparatus could provide a secure fit for liner blades while they are being adjusted.

The Perfect Setter would consist of a plastic and metal device. Measurements would be one and a half inches high, four inches long and two inches wide. The invention would feature lock-in screws to secure the liner blades and a bottom plate. A user would remove the liner blades from the electric hair clippers and place them inside of the device. The user would set the liner blades to the desired length then screw them into place. The bottom wall of the device would feature teeth located approximately 1/40 inch from the bottom plate to ensure that the liner blades are not in danger of coming into contact with the user's skin. The liner blades would be removed from the device and used to cut hair to the desired length.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
