Göteborg, Sweden (PRWEB) September 12, 2008 -- Marc Londo, Scientific Researcher at Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN ) will lead a free one-hour webcast to answer investors' questions and explore the long-term outlook of BTL. Joining him in the discussion will be Sune Bengtsson, a Coordinator for the CHRISGAS projects in Sweden and Anders Baudin, an Associate of CHRISGAS & Professor Forest Product Market Analysis at School of Technology & Design Växjö University.

The webcast "Developing Sustainable Feedstock for BTL projects" scheduled to commence at 10 a.m. (GMT) on Sept 17th will be geared toward creating greater clarity surrounding BTL project investments while offering a foretaste of the lively discussions and insights that will take place during the upcoming 2-day 3rd BTLtec 2008 conference in Göteborg, Sweden. Attendees of the free webcast will have the opportunity to interact directly with panelists and have their questions answered live and in real time.

Critical issues to be addressed during the BTL webinar and also at 3rd BTLtec 2008 include:

Before this he has over 20 years of work experience within the area of R&D and technology working for ABB Fläkt and ALSTOM Power -- i.e. for the development of processes and environmental plants in the area fuel gas cleaning.

Anders Baudin has wide experience in research and consultancy on European timber trends, studies on end use of forestry resources, European Forest Sector Outlook Studies etc . He has written many literatures on modelling & forecasting demand for forestry products, supply & trade for Sweden & Europe in general. His recent contribution was on the Socio-Economic Effects of a Bio-DME Plant in Växjö CHRIGAS, WP 16, Report no D133

The Sept 17th webinar will offer a sampling of what investors can anticipate at the 3rd BTLtec 2008 conference scheduled in Göteborg, Sweden on October 13-14. Following on the heels of the highly successful and informative 2007 conference in Vienna, the 2008 symposium is expected to be just as beneficial and rewarding for those in attendance.

2nd BTLtec 2007 in Vienna attracted a wide range of delegate profiles that included bankers, project owners, entrepreneurs, scientists, government officials, venture capitalists, financiers, scientists, biomass producers, and agronomists. The conference not only afforded an excellent overview and summary of the latest developments in BTL, but also became an environment conducive to making fruitful business contacts.
