American Tire Corp to Build OTR Tire Mold Factory

Each year, American Tire Corporation has to replace large quantity of tire molds for its 63" and 57" giant OTR tires. ATC's US mold factory will ensure its long-term demand for such giant tire molds.

According to the current situation, American Tire Corporation has to replace dozens of tire molds for its 63" and 57" giant OTR tires each year. Not any existing tire mold factory can actually meet ATC's current and coming demand for such giant tire molds.

As a supporting facility for ATC's Washington manufacturing process, this US mold factory will utilizing the most advanced technology and equipments to build up to 50 sets of segmented molds for 63" and 57" giant OTR tires per year. Meanwhile, all smaller sizes of molds such as for 51", 49", 39" and 35" tires will be customized according to ATC user's needs. This mold factory will ensure ATC's long-term demand for such giant tire molds and stabilize ATC's production.
