The move is scheduled to be complete by mid- October.
BPVI will join the law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton on the fifth floor of Capital Commons, a public-private partnership between the city and private developer, Michael Simchik of Portsmouth. Capital Commons is a six-story, 102,000-square-foot building which includes an enclosed parking garage owned by the City of Concord.
"We are excited to be moving to this beautiful new facility that offers a great location closer to downtown and other professional offices. We are looking forward to expanded office space including a spacious client conference room. Our clients and employees will appreciate the added benefit of enclosed parking in the attached garage. We expect the new location to be open for business by mid-October," said Tim Lesko, Managing Director.
