Just Cured™ Announces Product Line of Premium Smoked and Cured Salmon

Just Cured, a Cincinnati, Ohio based producer of premium smoked and cured salmon, announces the retail availability of its European Style Smoked Salmon, Half Smoked Salmon and Gravlax.

Just Cured, LLC announced today that its initial line of cold smoked and cured salmon is available for purchase through retailers in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area and through the Just Cured online store at http://www.justcured.com. Just Cured's products consist of a European Style Smoked Salmon, a Half Smoked Salmon and Dill Cured Gravlax.

Just Cured produces its smoked and cured salmon using only traditional techniques and hand processes. The salmon comes from Scotland and is raised using sustainable aquaculture techniques. Just Cured then lightly cures and smokes the fish, resulting in smoked and cured salmon that tastes first of fresh salmon and has the texture of fresh salmon. The smoke and cure supplement the flavor of the fish rather than overpower it. All of Just Cured's salmon is hand sliced and delivered fresh, never having been frozen.

Just Cured Smoked Salmon is dry cured in salt and a touch of Woodford Reserve® Kentucky Bourbon and smoked over natural oak smoke. The smoked salmon is available in 8 ounce and 16 ounce sliced packages and as an unsliced loin of approximately 1-3/4 pounds. Whole sides are available by special order.

The Half Smoked Salmon is meant to be served as a main course. It is cured and very quickly smoked to provide a delicate smoke flavor. The half smoked salmon is available in packages of two filet portions of approximately 5 ounces each. Directions for further cooking appear on the package.

Just Cured Gravlax is dry cured with salt, sugar, fresh dill, pepper and armagnac. It is available in 8 ounce and 16 ounce sliced packages and as an unsliced loin of approximately 1-3/4 pounds. Whole sides are available by special order.

Retail prices for the sliced salmon products are approximately $35 per pound.
