(http://www.retica.com ) today announced that it has been awarded a sole source contract from United States Army for further design, development, test and evaluation of Iris Capture Authentication for Standoff Biometrics. The U.S. Army is developing authentication method(s) to identify enemy threats for Homeland Defense and in the field.
