Maneesh Goswami Joins iQor from IBM to Lead Rapid Expansion in the Philippines

Maneesh brings a wealth of global operations expertise and business leadership to us

iQor, a global business process outsourcing and call center services company, has appointed former IBM Executive Maneesh Goswami as SVP, Operations, Philippines.

Mr. Goswami, 41, brings over 17 years of operations and customer care experience from the airline, banking, and outsourcing industries. Most recently, he served as the General Manager, Operations & Lead Delivery for IBM in Daksh, India, where he headed its call center and back office operations, overseeing a staff of 2,000 spread across Mumbai, Manila, and Gurgaon.

Mr. Goswami entered the call center industry in 2001 overseeing the off-shore Customer Service operations for Convergys. He was soon responsible for Solution Development for Convergys' India operations. Following Convergys, Mr. Goswami became the COO & Strategy Head for Citibank's phone operations in India and then Director of Operations for Keane India.

Mr. Goswami spent the first 10 years of his career at several airline companies, including Swiss, Emirates, Jet Airways, in various roles of increasing responsibility. He helped launch Jet Airway's operations at Varanasi and Chandigarh airports and managed its operations at Bangalore airport.
Mr. Goswami is an Electronics Engineer graduate from University of Poona, India.
