Boston Tax Firm Vitale Caturano's Shareholder Honored for Achievement

The Boston Business Journal recently announced that William Kracunas, shareholder at Boston tax firm Vitale Caturano, has been named to the publication's 11th annual "40 under 40" list. The list recognizes 40 business men and women who are under 40 years old and have established themselves as leaders to be watched in their fields. Bill and fellow honorees will be recognized on October 2, 2008 at the Copley Marriott and will be featured in the Boston Business Journal's October 2nd supplement.

Bill leads the Vitale Caturano's technology consulting practice. In the last 12 years, he has transformed the practice from a 4-person Boston technology consulting team with annual revenues of $500,000 to a 70 person full-service technology and management consulting practice with 2009 revenues projected to reach $14.5 M. As the first non-CPA shareholder in the Boston tax firm's history, Bill's leadership has earned Vitale Caturano recognition as one of the area's "Top 20 Largest IT Consulting Firms" by the Boston Business Journal for the third consecutive year and one the "Top 50 Value Added Resellers (VARS)" by Accounting Technology. Bill is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Boston Chamber of Commerce Future Leaders Program. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from North Adams State College and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Business Administration at Bentley College.
