Things I Didn't Know I Loved
St. Lawrence, Barbados, West Indies (PRWEB) September 15, 2008
Luke Parkin, a Democratic Party member, activist and longtime supporter of Senator Hillary Clinton, has thrown his support fully behind Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic Nominee for President. Parkin has commissioned a remix of his original Pop/Dance composition, "New Beginning," by producers Maris Moon and Anthony Ross, sung by U.K top forty vocalist Moira, and plans to release it to the Obama-Biden campaign for use leading up the general election on November 2, 2008. Parkin and his team are in contact with Obama campaign.
"Barack Obama is undoubtedly the right man at the right time," Parkin says, "and having become more familiar with his campaign since his nomination became more apparent, I decided to dedicate 'New Beginning' to the campaign for use. The track so clearly embodies the sheer excitement his candidacy has generated in the U.S. and around the world. He's inspired us all so much that we wanted to dedicate this composition to him and his vision for our country. I supported Senator Clinton right up until she asked us all to rally behind Senator Obama. He's our best hope for a new beginning."
After writing the original tracks, Luke Parkin collaborated with Canadian recording artist Moira Campbell alongside producer Corwin Fox of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The single "New Beginning" will be included as Part of two upcoming EP's entitled Classitronica and Classitronica "New Beginning" (Anthony Ross and Maris Moon's Obama 08 version) Parkin hopes to showcase these tracks with an upbeat message that will inspire people to vote for Barack Obama in November.
The single, "New Beginning" will be available for download on October 1, 2008 from Itunes as well many online distributors in the coming months.
