The HandPunch® GT-400 is based on a completely new technology compared to its predecessor, the HandPunch 3000, and provides a platform for future enhancements. The HandPunch GT-400 was designed to provide improved employee self-service functionality along with advanced communications and networking capabilities. A variety of tasks can be completed by employees while they are at the GT-400 station, which include approving their timecards, viewing their schedules, submitting leave requests and checking their sick and vacation accrual balances. The HandPunch biometric device also eliminates buddy-punching and utilizes a BioCote® anti-microbial chassis, platen, keypad and function keys.
