Beltsville, MD (PRWEB) September 14, 2008
Merrick Towle Communications ("MTC"), a full-service advertising agency located in Beltsville, Maryland, announced it was named a "Greatest Places to Work" by Corridor Inc., The Baltimore-Washington Corridor Business and Political Newsmagazine, in its September 2008 issue. The agency was awarded the recognition in the 51 to 100 employee category.
Human Resources Director Debbie Cowling stated, "The agency is committed to its employees. We place a high value on diversity, with staff from such far ranging places as Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Caribbean and the Americas. From generous benefits to engaging social activities, Harry Merrick and Glenn Towle have the agency focused on ensuring all employees contribute to, and are rewarded by, the agency's success."
Corridor Inc. hired a private research firm to conduct the online survey. Employees were asked to rate their employer on benefits, communication, management, diversity, company loyalty and recognition. The results were compiled and winners were named in three categories -- companies with 10-50 employees, 51-100 employees and 101 employees or more.
