Operation Boot Camp came about more than seven years ago with an ex-army veteran's desire to get into military "bootcamp shape". Operation Boot Camp was created to have the intensity of a military boot camp, with the ideals of positive reinforcement and fun. Operation Boot Camp does this while catering to people of all starting fitness levels, from elite athletes to those that have not exercised in years. Operation Boot Camp combines co-ed outdoor workouts, a nutrition regimen and persistent accountability in order to challenge - and surpass - the boundaries of every boot camper's comfort zone. The results are life-changing: a fit, toned body, increased self-confidence, and improved strength and endurance. Operation Boot Camp currently runs camps throughout Atlanta and expects to extend to many more cities in the future.
