Pettingill Family Achieve Dream Home in Spain at Last
After suffering at the hands of cowboy builders, nobody would have blamed Debbie and Andrew Pettingill for changing their minds about purchasing a home in Spain. But the couple were determined that this bad experience wouldn't stop them from buying their dream home in the Costa del Sol, and finally they managed to buy their perfect Spanish apartment.

Debbie said: "Despite our bad experience with the Spanish builder we were determined to buy a home in Spain , but this time from a reputable UK-owned company. We can't fault the excellent service we received and it was comforting to know that our investment would be safe."
The family visited four developments and fell in love with a two bedroom apartment in the Costa del Sol, which was El Bosque de la Mairena.
Debbie said: "The stunning setting sold itself. Despite only being a half hour drive from Malaga Airport and close to the bright lights of Marbella and Puerto Banus, the development is very peaceful and secluded. We love just being able to sit there and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and mountains."
The couple have already visited four times for long weekends, despite only completing at the end of last year. Debbie said: "It's so easy to get here! We all love going to the beach or for walks or simply doing nothing but rest. The Costa del Sol really is the California of Europe because of its fantastic climate and lush green surroundings, and we love it there."
