Name Change for Western School of Health & Business Careers
Pittsburgh and Monroeville Campuses Become Sanford-Brown Institute
Pittsburgh (Vocus/PRWEB ) September 16, 2008 - Western School of Health & Business Careers, with locations in Pittsburgh and Monroeville, announced today that it will officially change its name to Sanford-Brown Institute, effective immediately.
"Like Western School of Health & Business Careers, Sanford-Brown Institute offers quality career-focused programs to help motivated students advance in their personal and professional goals," said Patti Yakshe, president of the Pittsburgh campus. "This name change reflects a continued commitment, on behalf of the faculty and staff, to providing our students with the foundation for a rewarding career in business or health-related fields."
The name change, to Sanford-Brown Institute, will not impact the academic program, credits, financial aid or length of time required to complete a student's program of study.
Thomas Contrella, president of the Monroeville campus, added, "We are excited that current and future students will be able to benefit from the network of more than 20,000 Sanford-Brown alumni across the nation."
