A research presenter from CedarCrestone, including Alexia Martin, Director of Research and Analytics, or another high-ranking representative from the firm's Strategies & Analytics team, will also appear.

These breakfast and networking sessions will feature interactive discussions of the latest research, best practices and practical techniques for harnessing the power of metrics and analytics technology for use in human resources and beyond.

"Technology-based corporate initiatives are a driving force behind today's Knowledge Economy," said Andy Kriz, Director of HCI's Talent Leadership Community. "HCI is pleased to partner with Oracle to deliver essential information on how talent management software, used to analyze data on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee performance and talent development, can be used to 'build a bridge' between human resources, IT and, ultimately, an entire organization."

"HR and IT are connected by vital data. HR, traditionally tasked with talent solutions, relies on IT leaders to make critical business data available across the enterprise," said Alexia Martin, CedarCrestone's Director of Research and Analytics. "When the two collaborate, they empower better decisions at every level -- and allow HR to become a true business partner in business planning."

HCI's IT & HR Innovation Tour is recommended for talent-focused CEO, CFO and COOs; Chief Talent Officers; Chief People Officers; Chief Learning Officers, VP- and Director-level professionals in Recruiting, Human Organizational Development and Line Management; Executive Search and Recruitment Professionals, and Human Capital Consultants and Solutions Providers.
