As the company's new CRM Advisor, Ken Krause brings nearly two decades of experience in selling enterprise software including enterprise resource planning from SAP, and salesforce.com. In his new role Krause will drive channel and direct sales programs around the country. He has a master's degree in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.

Michael Maples is the Southeast area practice manager responsible for implementing customized solutions using salesforce.com. As part of this effort he provides business process consulting to help clients define appropriate metrics and success indicators, and he conducts training so both trainers and end users can maximize their use of the software. Maples's background includes a variety of experience with business intelligence and knowledge management tools, and he has completed more than 100 salesforce.com implementations. Michael holds a master's degree in business administration from Georgia State University with a focus on electronic commerce. Maples joins Sue Faron, practice manager for the Mid-Atlantic area, who joined the company last year.
