WHY Magazine Introduces Product Line for Home Workers, Sponsors Catchphrase Contest
WHY, the premier online magazine dedicated to folks who work from home, including more than 20 million U.S. citizens, is introducing a unique product line developed specifically for home workers and is sponsoring a catchphrase contest.
Massapequa Park, NY (PRWEB) September 21, 2008 -- WHY, the premier online magazine dedicated to folks who work from home, including more than 20 million U.S. citizens, is introducing a unique product line designed specifically for home workers through its online store.
"If commuter traffic reports don't mean a thing to you because you work at home -- or if they don't mean a thing to a friend or family member who's a work-at-homer -- we've got some fun new products you've just got to see," says Dina Santorelli, editor and publisher of WHY magazine. "We carry t-shirts, hoodies, onesies, hats, mugs, notebooks, bumper stickers, cloth bags, and even shirts for your dog."
Each item in the WHY store features a clever saying sure to connect with any work-at-homer, or someone who'd like to be: "Give a hoot. Don't commute. Work from home." says a t-shirt; "Work-at-homer on board" declares a bumper sticker; "Who needs a suit? I telecommute." asserts a hoodie.
"There's a real sense of community for work-at-homers," says Santorelli. "Yet, until now, there wasn't anything available that let us identify each other and promote our decision to work at home."
'Create a Catchphrase' Contest
To kick off its new product line, WHY is sponsoring a "Create a Catchphrase" contest and is inviting home workers to help create the ways to tell the world it's better to work from home. Phrases must be a suitable length and angle for a coffee mug, and all entries must be submitted to contest @ workhomeyou.com by September 30, 2008. The winning work-at-homer will receive a $50 gift certificate to the WHY online store. For more information, read WHY's contest details.
