Sales at the flagship store in Austin Texas have continued to increase at a very healthy pace. The most explosive growth, however, has been in the online sales of replacement parts for Dell notebooks, PCs and servers.

DiscountElectronics.com was founded in 1997 by Rick Culleton. Early business involved eBay and a small store front on North Lamar Blvd. Today the company employs more than 47 people and estimates 2008 revenue to be just over $6 million with more than 50% of all sales being Internet related.
