InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Kissimmee, Fla., has designed a versatile fitness device for performing stretching exercises. This invention is patented.
The "Simply Great" could tone all major muscle groups. The invention could be used to perform sit-ups, curls, squats and other exercises. The unit would secure under a couch, stationary ledge or bed frame, which would eliminate any need for users to have someone hold them down as they perform sit-ups. The apparatus would be adjustable to provide various levels of tension and to accommodate each user's height and weight. The Simply Great would be compact, lightweight and fold flat for convenient use when traveling.
The Simply Great would consist of a book-shaped plastic device that features two pieces that would be hinged together by a third piece to lock unit open. The unit would fold to 2-1/2 inches thick. The invention would measure 12 inches long and wide and 13 inches in height. An opening would serve as a carrying handle. The sides would feature notches to accommodate different exercises. The user would attach the appropriate band in a particular notch with (2) coils around the notch, then weave at least (2) more notches to secure the cord. Then secure the device. The individual would then place their feet on the interior rubber pieces to perform the exercises. The inventor suggests a user perform three sets of 10 to 20 repetitions per set (inventor also recommends seeing a doctor before exercising.)
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
