Toni brings over thirty years of leadership experience in Information Technology, BPO, Financial Services, and CRM to Resolvity. As Resolvity's Chairman of the Board, Toni will play an active role in the company's strategic sales and business development activities.
At Stream, Toni transformed a $65 Million contact center outsourcing company with 1500 employees to a highly profitable $500 Million global leader with contact centers in 16 countries and over 15,000 employees resulting in a 20 fold increase in enterprise valuation. Prior to joining Stream, Toni served as Vice President of Sales and Service for Diebold Incorporated. Previous experience includes a broad variety of executive and management roles in sales, quality, and operations over a 17 year period with IBM.
