Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) September 24, 2008
Effectur, Inc. (http://www.Effectur.com) has been nominated for the Business Journal's "Fast 50", an event to recognize the 50 fastest growing companies out of the 35,000 companies in the area. The event will be held September 25, 2008 at The Empire Room in Greensboro, NC. Proud sponsors of the event include Brooks Pierce, Franklin Blum Construction, Smith Leonard Accountants and Consultants, Wachovia, and AT&T.
To be eligible, companies must be privately held, have completed 3 fiscal years of business, and have revenue of at least $2 million. Each eligible company then undergoes an auditing process by Smith Leonard, an accounting firm partnered with The Business Journal for the event. Through this process, a profile is established for each company. The Business Journal describes this profile as an "indispensable year-long tool for business owners," and it will be available in the "Fast 50" special publication soon to come.
Having just placed #2 in The Business Journal's "Best Places to Work 2008", this nomination is particularly exciting for Effectur. Roughly this time last year the company had about 35 employees, swelling to over 100 now. The company is still actively seeking qualified applicants (http://careers.effectur.com/).
Serving customer needs helped put these companies where they are today, and nominees of this award can continue to feel pride in the impact they've had on the Triad's economic success. Company Sales and Marketing VP Larry Rodriguez will accept the award on the company's behalf, and will be accompanied by 30 Effectur employees.
