Van Siclen succeeds Bernd Greifeneder, dynaTrace's founder and Chief Technology Officer, as CEO. Mr. Greifender will continue as Chief Technology Officer and leader of the company's Austrian-based product development team.
As a recognized business leader, Van Siclen brings over 25 years of management, sales and marketing experience from both software and systems sectors to dynaTrace. As CEO, Van Siclen will continue to drive dynaTrace's leadership in Lifecycle APM, and expand the company's market presence and sales momentum worldwide.

He has extensive experience building and managing successful field operations and marketing programs in both the European and Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Van Siclen has also served as Chief Executive Officer at publicly-traded and venture-backed companies, including Interwoven (NASDAQ:IWOV), Adesso Systems, and Perspecta (acquired by Excite@Home).
