Success proves its methods work in new industry.

Our mission is to make our clients' efforts successful

Customer Solutions Group announces the recent expansion of its InsideSalesLab to include insurance sales. The addition will enable the company to better serve clients in the insurance industry with relevant, responsive and cutting-edge information to build inside sales strategies and acquire new customers in the process.

"Our expansion, which took place just after Labor Day, shows that CSG's methods can provide an edge for those in the insurance industry," said Jeffrey Feuer, president of Customer Solutions Group. "We've started out with a group of inside sales representatives that are focusing on the auto insurance industry. The response has been overwhelming."

"CSG is using its Inside Sales Web Response offering to obtain real-time, direct leads from the World Wide Web. These leads are generated from consumers who are currently shopping for auto insurance using the Internet. Once leads are obtained, they are loaded into an automated dialer. This enables CSG to contact a consumer within minutes of their submission and achieve substantially higher reach and close rates," Feuer said.

"The methodology is working perfectly to give consumers the fast response they demand when using the Internet to shop for insurance," said Desiree Albertson, sales manager. "Whereas many companies only promise direct contacts within a day or two, our strategy is enabling us to reach out and make contact with consumers almost instantly."

Customers Solutions Group is the premier inside sales consulting firm in the United States. Founded 15 years ago, the company offers an array of consulting services. Its inside sales consultants, for example, are masters at helping clients plan out winning strategies. It also provides expert telesales consulting, telemarketing consulting, telesales outsourcing and other services.

Through its InsideSalesLab, Feuer said, the company is able to test and optimize strategies on behalf of its telesales consulting clients. Adding outsourcing insurance sales is a perfect addition to our mix of consulting services.

"We founded the InsideSalesLab in 2004 to help us better serve our clients," Feuer said. "The lab enables us to test and optimize sales scripts, price points, sales terms and calling lists. With clients in such wide ranging industries as Web sites, click advertising, still picture and video sales, criminal background checks, cellular telephone service, disaster recovery services, satellite TV, retail clothing and more, it takes a hands-on approach to provide highly targeted telemarketing consulting. We have that ability thanks to the lab."

Once a strategy is formulated, CSG helps with implementation either with a client's existing sales force or in the InsideSalesLab itself. CSG creates training manuals, reports, recruitment materials, compensation plans and helps with the physical infrastructure, as well, including furnishings, phones, hardware and software.

"Our mission is to make our clients' efforts successful," said Feuer. "We can start at ground level and work up from there or enhance existing programs to make them more fruitful."
