Service Lets Fans Exchange Text Messages With Former Players And Other Fans

MogoTXT, Inc. announced today that it has launched public text messaging groups for every Division 1-A and Ivy League college football team at At present, three of these team-oriented texting groups are hosted by former players.    

The text messaging group for the UCLA Bruins is hosted by former UCLA wide receiver Mike Sherrard.

The text messaging group for the Cal Bears is hosted by former Cal quarterback Dave Barr.

The text messaging group for the Washington Huskies is hosted by former Huskies quarterback and wide receiver Eric Bjornson.

These former star players will be joined by other players as the college football season progresses. MogoTXT also launched conference-wide, public texting groups that allow fans of competing teams to exchange banter and bragging rights with fans of other conference teams.

Anyone can join any of these texting groups for free, and receive and exchange text messages with former players of their favorite football teams before, during and after games.

The text messages posted by the players are different from anything available elsewhere. They contain real football knowledge and experience summarized into easy-to-read short messages.
