Company recognised for personal accountable service in telecom industry.

Hot on the heels of being awarded the "Asia Pacific Customer Focused Leadership Award" by renowned analyst firm, Frost & Sullivan, Macquarie Telecom, a leading supplier of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been named a finalist in the World Communication Awards for the Best Customer Care category. The World Communication Awards organised by Total Telecom, is a well respected event in the global telecoms industry as it provides a platform to recognise the companies and individuals responsible for the innovations, achievements and great new services that are helping to build tomorrow's industry.

The coveted 'Best Customer Care' award will be awarded based on the best design and the most successful customer care strategy implementation that has produced tangible and quantifiable results.
