Official Statistics Show Watching TV is our Top Activity*: Time To Get Comfortable, Says Sofa Workshop
Research published this week by the Office of National Statistics shows watching TV is the most popular pastime for men and women in the UK.
Petworth (PRWEB) September 27, 2008 -- In a survey conducted last year of people over 16 years of age, 84 per cent of men and 85 per cent of women claimed that watching television was their most common leisure activity. Spending time with friends and family rated the second most popular with women seeming more sociable at 82 per cent and men just behind at 75 per cent.
