Deltek Launches Four New Packaged Services Plans To Simplify Product Implementation, Reduce Risk and Improve Efficiency
Deltek's new packaged services plans incorporate a consulting engagement package designed to provide predictability, speed of implementation and cost efficiency to aid new or converting customers with reduced risk and a simplified implementation approach.

The four plans incorporate a consulting engagement package designed to provide predictability, speed of implementation and cost efficiency to aid new or converting customers with reduced risk and a simplified implementation approach. Providing a fixed scope of work, each package is comprised of a set list of activities, scripts, programs and deliverables uniquely defined around each software conversion or implementation. By clearly defining the necessary activities and building in a fixed scope of work based on over 20 years of Deltek's Global Services experience, these offerings provide for a clear implementation/conversion path to greatly reduce risk and unforeseen expenditures.
Each package includes a clear project plan with a pre-determined "go-live" date. In addition, each package has a set of specially designed project readiness documents and activities as well as functional and technical advice and assistance, data conversion scripts, programs and templates, a functional test plan, specialized training and project management guidance.
