As creative director, Pelletier and his team will be responsible for all creative strategy and execution, including conception, development and implementation in all interactive media. Since RMI's goal is to help drive more revenue for clients by improving their marketing, A/B and multi-variant creative testing will be an important initiative, according to Matt Dooley, vice president of client services for the firm.
