All the sessions were very informative; especially David Rowlee’s presentation about the differences between the generations and other users’ strategies to improve their performance based on the survey results
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) September 30, 2008
Morehead announced the recipients of the 2008 Morehead Client Awards. The Galaxy Awards were presented to Phoenix-based John C. Lincoln Health Network and Provena United Samaritans Medical Center of Danville, Ill.
The awards were presented at Morehead’s inaugural users’ conference, “Drive to High Performance: Making the Shift from Uncertainty to Knowledge,” held in Charlotte earlier this month. Winners of the Galaxy Award, the highest level of recognition, were chosen from organizations that achieved employee survey scores in the 90th percentile. Employees at these organizations have exceptionally favorable views of their organizations and leaders, their managers, and fellow employees.
The next award level, the Star Awards, was presented to twelve client organizations ranking in the 80th percentile or higher over multiple years. At the third level, five organizations that rose above and beyond in managing human capital improvement initiatives were presented with the Above and Beyond award.
The user conference was overwhelmingly received by more than 60 attendees representing over 35 Morehead client organizations. It was requests from these clients for the opportunity to learn from others and share best practices that prompted Morehead’s first users’ conference.
“All the sessions were very informative; especially David Rowlee’s presentation about the differences between the generations and other users’ strategies to improve their performance based on the survey results,” said Sausan Fahmy, Ed. D. director, organization development & learning at UCSF Medical Center. “I’m going to take some of that information back to our managers.”
