The "Lounger's Paradise" could eliminate the hassle of moving a lounge chair as the sun's position changes. The invention could enable a user to receive a more even tan. The unit would feature a lightweight, collapsible design that would be easy to use and store. The Lounger's Paradise would be ideal for use at a pool, beach, sporting event, party, concert, cruise lines or hotels.
The Lounger's Paradise would consist of a plastic or aluminum lounge chair, which would include arms and an adjustable back and footrest. The base of the chair would include a swivel unit, an attached, round stationary bar and a clamp device that would hold the swivel bar in place. Even weight distribution would prevent the chair from tipping. To rotate the chair, a user would reach beneath the arm rest and adjust the stationary bar. An incorporated locking mechanism would attach the chair to the bar and prevent the chair from swiveling on its own. The invention would be producible in various colors and textures. Optional variations would include drink holders in the armrests or a motorized design.
