Mr. Warren will represent the company on matters concerning emergency management, fire safety and disaster response. Mr. Warren's experience in emergency management will also allow the company to better address the emergency preparedness issues facing our nation's school systems and college campuses within the school security services offered by the company.

Mr. Warren retired from the Cranston Fire Department in 2004 as the Chief of Department after a distinguished career of 27 years, including six years as the City of Cranston's Director of Emergency Management. Upon retiring from Cranston, Mr. Warren was appointed the Executive Director of the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency by Governor Donald Carcieri. In this position Mr. Warren led RIEMA in a major re-organization and he has received much credit for the increased level of preparedness the State of RI currently enjoys today. Mr. Warren is a leader in the Emergency Management profession & was Chairman of the Northeast States Emergency Consortium.
