Layer Guinness on top of Smithwick's by pouring it over the back of a soup-size spoon

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Zwack liqueur
3 oz. bloody mary mix
1 stalk celery
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
Preparation
Fill glass with ice
