Verna has worked with all levels of organizations to successfully implement business growth, strategic planning, succession planning, organizational restructuring, leadership development, process improvement, and turnover reduction initiatives. She not only plans and implements the cultural and structural adjustments required to support change, but also conducts the training and development aspects vital to achieving organizational goals.

Verna has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Speech. She has served as a trainer and consultant for the nationally recognized University of South Carolina Daniel Management Center, as an international program planner and organizer for Women's Programs at Clemson University's Office of Professional Development, and as an adjunct professor for the prestigious and renowned North Carolina State University School of Engineering's Industrial Extension Service.
