The CRM Institute workshops, designed to teach best practices on the implementation of Customer Relationship Management including CRM process modeling and advanced reports and dashboards, will be held Oct. 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2008 in Dallas, Texas Houston, Texas, Atlanta, Ga. and Tampa, Fla., respectively.
The workshops will bring together attendees from IT organizations spanning a variety of markets looking to implement CRM best practices, including CRM process modeling, advanced reports and dashboards.
