Allen & Overy's presence elevates an already vibrant Brazilian practice encompassing 25 lawyers throughout its global network working on Brazilian transactions. The new office in São Paulo will undertake all areas of corporate finance work, including infrastructure and projects, general banking and funds advisory work, M&A and capital markets activity.

Allen & Overy's practice in Brazil is spearheaded by New York partner and co-head of the Latin American practice, Bob Kartheiser, and senior counsel Bruno Soares.
