LocationAssurance Manager® (LAM) empowers customers with a performance management, maintenance and reporting platform specifically designed for wireless location networks and service platforms. LAM allows operators and service providers to achieve and maintain peak operating performance of their location infrastructure and services. In addition to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, LAM is used for FCC-required location accuracy compliance testing and reporting.

The flexible platform can be used to analyze and report on location performance across a variety of user-defined viewpoints including geographic areas, time frames, service types, use cases, and mobile device types. LAM offers historical trend analysis, real-time alarming and ad hoc analysis.

Customers receive the quality of service (QoS) as experienced by the subscriber reported in a variety of powerful user-defined viewpoints. Rich analysis tools allow high level summary views, as well as "deep dive" investigation into location transactions across all the location platform elements to trouble-shoot, fix, and optimize the performance of location transactions.
