Collaring the excitement of the hit TV series, Scooter's Friends' Project Runway raincoats feature designs for both boys and girls. They're hip. They're now. And they're water repellent, of course.

Scooter's Friends' "Holiday Velour Collection" will also snag its share of the pup-arazzi. It features velvety-soft and comfortable velour in lavender or burgundy. Playful embroidery commands, "Let it Snow," or asks, "Do You Believe?"
