The Art of the Knife

Chef Steve Rudman, a Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef and co-owner of Willoughby's Market, will share his culinary techniques and recipes in a series of intimate cooking classes. Chef Rudman will then walk each student through step by step recipe instruction to prepare a fantastic meal using skills learned in class. Instruction will culminate with a question and answer session while sharing a delightful meal with wine pairings.

The first two courses in the series will begin, Monday October 6, 2008 from 11:30am - 2:00pm and Monday, October 20, 2008 from 7:00pm -9:30. The cost of each class will be $60.00 per person.
