C&N Footlockers, as part of its successful growth and premier summer camp resource strategy, acquires Texas Case Manufacturing, adds new retail division name.

If a camper needs it -- from innovative trunk add-ons to a sleeping bag to a duffle to a flashlight to a bottle of shampoo -- we offer it in our Everything Summer camp division

C&N Footlockers has finalized the purchase of prestigious footlocker supplier Texas Case Manufacturing and also has changed the name of its summer camp retail division to Everything Summer camp.

Both moves reflect the company's continuing commitment to being the premier go-to resource for its summer camp customers.

"We are dedicated to continuing the exceptional customer service that loyal Texas Case customers are accustomed to, and our new retail summer camp division name reflects what we really are -- a supplier of everything a camper needs," said Ed Holand, C&N vice president.

C&N Footlockers' purchase of Texas Case came about when that company decided to retire from the summer camp business and sought a buyer who would offer their loyal customers the same exceptional service. C&N Footlockers is that business.

"We agreed that those customers deserve special attention, and that's what they're going to receive from us," Holand said.

The creation of the Everything Summer camp name is a natural reflection of C&N Footlockers' concept of offering camps and their campers access to a wide range of superior camping gear.

"If a camper needs it -- from innovative trunk add-ons to a sleeping bag to a duffle to a flashlight to a bottle of shampoo -- we offer it in our Everything Summer camp division," Holand said.

"Our present customers already know we have a tremendous quantity of products that all carry the same commitment to quality that we pledge with our footlockers," Holand said. "If it's on your summer camp's packing list, we have it. We believe the Everything Summer camp name better reflects that variety of products."

The wide range of quality trunks, built at our Boyd, Wis., plant and carrying our lifetime free-repair warranty, will continue to be sold under the C&N Footlockers name.

C&N Footlockers has been helping camps and their campers prepare for a great summer experience for more than 21 years. To see the complete range of products visit our Web site at http://www.everythingsummercamp.com.
