Companies were chosen based on their ability to demonstrate the use of a best practice to generate competitive advantages, revenue profits, and long-term value. Twenty-five companies, based in the NY metro area, were selected as finalists out of dozens of qualified applicants for each category and were recognized at the event. EtQ was one of those companies, selected as a finalist in the Marketing and Sales category.

The New York Enterprise Report Small Business Awards Gala was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 from 6 pm-10 pm at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City, NY. The best practices winners in the areas of Human Resources and Leadership, Technology, Marketing and Sales, Green Business, and Mergers and Acquisitions were announced at the Gala.
